Joy Kinna / Artist Statement ‘On Second Thought’
This body of work explores life as an ongoing game of trial and error, much like the practice of being an artist. The canvas becomes your playing field, and each mark is a test of what works and what doesn’t. If you aren’t willing to play, you rarely discover anything new. The same is true in life - discovery happens when we allow ourselves to experiment, to take risks, and to find excitement in the process.
